HAM PATTIES

Ingredients

2 kilos cooked ham
1-½ big loaf bread
1-½ liter fresh milk
300 grams chopped onion
10 pcs eggs
4 cans Reno liver spread
½ tsp salt
1-½ tsps ground black pepper
2-½ cups cornstarch
cooking oil (for frying)


Procedure

  1. Sliced cooked ham into squares about ½ x ½ inch, set aside
  2. On a mixing bowl mix cubed bread and milk. Mashed thoroughly
  3. Heat oil in large pan. Scoop around 1 to 2 tbsp mixture to make patties and fry until golden brown

Makes 80 servings
