SALADS

CORN BEANS SALAD

Ingredients

150 grams cooked ham, cut into cubes
1 can (439 g) Del Monte Fresh Cut Pineapple Tidbits, drained
2 cups whole kernel corn
1-½ cups cooked red kidney beans
1 pc red bell pepper, cut into squares
1 pc green bell pepper, cut into squares

Dressing
½ cup corn oil
¼ cup Del Monte Vinegar
1-½ tsp iodized salt
½ tsp pepper

Procedure

  1. Combine ingredients for salad
  2. Mix well, then chill.
  3. Combine ingredients for dressing in a jar.
  4. Cover and shake well. Chill.
  5. Stir or shake, then pour over salad mixture just before serving.

Makes 10 servings
