SOUP

HAM MACARONI SOUP

Ingredients

1 cup chopped cooked ham
1 cup tomatoes, peeled, seeded and diced
2 tbsp cooking oil
2 pcs chicken broth cubes, dissolved in
6 cups water
100 grams elbow chicken macaroni
1-½ cups chicharo, sliced half-inch diagonally
1/3 cup green onions, minced
salt to taste
1 cup evaporated milk

Procedure

  1. Stir fry ham and tomatoes in hot oil
  2. Pour in broth, bring to boil
  3. Reduce heat to low, stir in macaroni
  4. Stir in chicharo and green onions when macaroni is cooked
  5. Pour evaporated milk just before serving
