LAPU-LAPU FILLET
STUFFED WITH HAM AND CHEESE

Ingredients

2 kilos fish fillet
½ kilo ham
1 bar quick melt cheese
Salt and pepper
3 pcs eggs
flour
cooking oil

batter

2-¼ cups flour
3 cups water
salt and pepper
egg yellow (food color)


Procedure

  1. Sliced fillet very thin, seasoned with salt and pepper
  2. Slice ham into ½ inch strips and cheese into sticks
  3. Wrapped ham and cheese in fish fillet, trim both ends. Dip egg then flour. Set aside
  4. Dip stuffed fillet in batter and fry until golden brown

Batter
Mix together all ingredients until well blended
