LAPU-LAPU FILLET
STUFFED WITH HAM AND CHEESE
Ingredients
2 kilos fish fillet
½ kilo ham
1 bar quick melt cheese
Salt and pepper
3 pcs eggs
flour
cooking oil
batter
2-¼ cups flour
3 cups water
salt and pepper
egg yellow (food color)
Procedure
- Sliced
fillet very thin, seasoned with salt and pepper

Slice ham into ½ inch strips and cheese
into sticks

Wrapped ham and cheese in fish fillet, trim
both ends. Dip egg then flour. Set aside
- Dip
stuffed fillet in batter and fry until golden
brown

Batter
Mix together all ingredients until well blended
