"Ham"ming
it up for the Holidays
by Lori Baltazar
Majestic
Ham
At
any of the Majestic booths in the metro, the ham bones
and scraps sell even more quickly than the ham itself.
Seasoned cooks know how much flavor they impart to soups,
stews and what else have you. By itself, this ham can
stand on its own, although its one of the milder Chinese
hams. It could actually use a bit more salt. If you
want a ham that doesn't taste at all of nitrates and
brine, this is your baby.
